Including Different Reference Documentation Items For Different Outputs

You can use Build Flags to conditionally include Reference Documentation Items in a particular Build Profile output (e.g. conditionally including for different versions).

To do this you can:

• Create a Build Flag for each version;
• Apply the appropriate version Build Flags to the root node in the Content File Editor for each Reference Documentation Item (don't apply the Build Flag to the Content File itself on the Project Explorer);
• On the Filtering page in the Build Profile Editor, apply a Build Flag rule as illustrated in the screen shot below (illustration is for the Build Profile that would output the 1.1 set of services);
• Note - the second build flag rule that ensures that other unflagged content is included, and the "One or more Rules must be True" rule grouping kind.
