Can't use placeholder text in Document!X project

Hi,

I'd like to use a custom property for placeholder text that I've defined in my HelpStudio project in my Document!X project but it displays an error instead of the placeholder text when I use the %%WIP%% tag in the DocX topics. I don't see a way of defining the same or slightly different custom property in my DocX project, i.e. I don't see a New or Add button.

Also, is there a way to have hyperlinks in the placeholder text? Do I just mark them up?

  Hello Mike, 

  In Document! X, properties are defined in the Template. Create a custom Template and add the named property in there. You will then be able to specify the placeholder value in the Document! X Project Editor.

  At present you will need to define the property in both HelpStudio and Document! X, but we are looking at ways to streamline this in a future update so you can just define the property once in HelpStudio.
