When editing a page in Full Page Edit mode, I cannot type more than about 4 characters before the cursor disappears and stops accepting input. I then have to click the mouse where I was typing to get the cursor back, and I can type about 4 more characters before it happens again. Lather, Rinse, Repeat...Obviously, I cannot use the product under these conditions. Has anyone else had this issue, or know if upgrading from 3.5.1.12 to 3.5.1.19 will solve it?

exoid I did have this same cursor-behavioiur happening for me. It usually occurred on topic content that I had imported from a Word document The best solution was to strip out all formatting from Word and use HelpStudio formatting tools.
I have recently upgraded to 3.5.1.19 and have not imported content from Word. This cursour-disappearing has not occurred yet
