can not see the table of contents in Firefox and IE9, but if crome, why?

When I use IE or Firefox I can not see the index of html help, but if I can visualize in Crome. I have, helpstudio 3 version 3.5.2.5

It looks as though your web output contains invalid characters in the .xml files that HelpStudio generates to support the navigation pane (specifically in the "Search" phrase). I suspect this is due to localization of the phrase "Search" in this project. I would recommend trying to set your encoding in the Build Profile editor to "Unicode (UTF8)" for web outputs - that should avoid encoding problems such as this. If that doesn't cure the problem, please drop support@innovasys.com an email with a copy of your project so that we can assist further.
