Getting the year to appear in my non-scrolling footer?

I use this string for my NonScrollingPageFooter, but the year property of %%yyyy%% doesn't appear to do anything: © %%yyyy%% Wilcox Associates, Inc. All Rights Reserved. This just outputs as: © Wilcox Associates, Inc. All Rights Reserved.

To display the year in your non-scrolling footer you will need to use the %%year%% property.
