When creating CHMs, I like to make sure each "book" in the Table of Contents is linked to an introductory topic (which also then creates a link in the breadcrumb trail for that book). I'd like to be able to include a dynamic mini-TOC in these introductory topics, so that as new topics are added to that section they appear on the introduction topic as a link. For example:
Cold Water Fish
This section includes information on the various breeds of cold water fish you might find in your local pet shop, their diet, whether or not they like to be kept in groups, whether they are hostile to other breeds and the best aquarium environment in which to keep them. Common breeds include...

Tetras

Danios

Pearl Danio

Zebra Danio

In this example, Goldfish, Tetras and Danios would all be topics (with Pearl Danio and Zebra Danio being sub-topics of Danio). At the moment, I'm creating these mini-TOCs using bullet points and hyperlinks. If I create a new topic (or removed one) I have to update the mini-TOC manually. I'm wondering if there is a plug-in, update or perhaps even a piece of javascript you can recommend to achieve this?
