We use Document! X extensively at our business. We've recently encountered a problem with it and have attempted to contact support over the past month via phone (no answer) and e-mail (no response). Has Innovasys gone out of business or stopped support on their products? Any infornation would be appreciated.

(I have removed our FTP address if you require then please add us to your white list so we can send it to you).Once again I apologize for any problems you have experienced when trying to contact us.

gg_empower Thank you for the rapid response Mr. Shaw, and I suppose it is possible our corporate e-mail is filtering things out. We will attempt to use another e-mail client such as gmail or hotmail to verify. We'll povide details in our follow up.
