We create help files with HelpStudio in german as well as in english.
Problem (HS V3):
The setting under Project Explorer-> Build of profile-> Default -> general-> phrase Language is ignored by HelpStudio. Independently whether I adjust here "German" or "English", the generated help file always shows german phrases (for example "Inhalt", "Index", "Suchen" ...)

Running some basic tests here I am unable to reproduce this behvour, if possible could you send in a copy of your project directory (minus the build folder) to support@innovasys.com.
