Hi,
our manual will contain couple of tables. Unfortunately, tables aren't rendered that well in the default templates. We have managed to have the tables displayed with borders, but the background color settings seem to be ignored.
Is there an easy way to have tables displayed with a different header and proper borders?

Just encountered this problem as well, seems to do as it wishes with our tables...
In my case.
takes my:
1. text
a. subtext
turns it into:
1. text
1. subtext

By Internet Explorer is set to ignore background colors when printing / in print preview, this will stop background colors making it through to the booklet output. You can find instructions on changing this here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/974128
We are aware of the complications with table styles due the templates, this is something that we will be improving upon in a future release. As a workaround below is a style that you can add to your projects customstyles stylesheet to override the template defaults (for booklet compatibility you will need to apply this style manually to your table elements):
.tablestyle td
{
style goes here
}
The nested lists issue is due to the booklet template stylesheet style overriding the default, as a workaround you can add the following style to your customstyles stylesheet (this style will be applied automatically to nested lists):
ol ol
{
list-style-type: lower-alpha;
}
