Rotating annotations
I want to be able to rotate annotations but I want the text to remain horizontal.
When I rotate a annotation by 180° the text is upside down, that's useless.
When a annotation is rotated by 90° the *height* of the annotation lines depends on the *width* of the annotations frame, that's a bit confusing.
