Adding a PDF to a content file

Is there any way to add a PDF, or at least link to one, in a content file? I've figured out how to add an image, but I'd like to add the ability to view our OMD and other PDF docs from the developer help.

  You can do this by adding the PDF to the Additional Files page in the project editor. You can then link to the file by using just the filename as the link URL.
