How can I create table templates?

Please forgive me if I missed it, but I cannot find the information in the help.

I want to create some standard table formats for things like notes, warnings, tips, etc.For example, suppose I want Notes to use yellow tables with an icon, while Warnings to use a red background table. How can I create a library of tables that I can access anywhere in a project?

I can create a table, but it seems the only way I can save it is inline, and then it is not available anywhere else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  The way to do this at present is to create a custom template and copy to the template folder (\programdata\innovasys\documentx5\configuration\templates\<templatename> on Vista, \documents and settings\all users\application data\innovasys\documentx5\configuration\templates\<templatename>) a stylesheet containing the standard styles that you want to use. You would then need to modify the template page layout .html files to include an html <link> tag referencing your new stylesheet. Then when you are editing a project that uses your custom template your styles will be available from the drop down list on the toolbar.

  We recognize that this process isn't as easy as it could be and we will be making this process a whole lot simpler in the next version of Document! X.

  For the benefit of anyone coming across this post, a fully integrated Style Picker was introduced in our 2010 release.
