I (and others) am getting a runtime error when I try to click on a HelpStudio 2 generated thumbnail. Is this a known issue, and if so what is the solution? the HTML show an archaic image id as shown in the example below:

Both the original and the generated thumbs are present and accounted for in the project folder. Please advise.

This is not a generic issue that we are currently aware of. Could you please send an email to support@innovasys.com attaching a copy of your project so that we can investigate this further.
Thanks for your prompt attention to this matter. I created a sample project, and also was unable to recreate the issue. Upon further investigation, I realized that there were some CSS style sheets missing from the affected project. I copied them to the project, and everything is now working properly. Again, thank you for your attention to this matter.
