I would like to suggest a new feature for a future update.
The idea is the following: after creating a new topic, I usually scan the whole text searching for the first occurrence of each glossary term, so I can surround it with the "$$" characters.
It would be nice if this scan could be done automatically, for each topic and/or for the whole topic list, with the choice of tagging only the first occurrence or all, with or without a confirmation for each occurrence.
Basically a "search and replace" function using the Glossary as a source.
Of course it would find only the "exact" terms, not the ones with the colon (like $$dictionaries:dictionary$$) but it would be a great feature anyway, imho.
