Does the current version of DocumentX! work with VS2008 and also enable help integration into VS2008's help system? Or will there be a new version soon able to do this?

Permanently deleted user The current version of Document! X (5.2.1.3) supports the documentation of assemblies created with the Beta 2 or release version of Visual Studio 2008, and also integration (Visual Comment Editor) with the Beta 2 version of VS 2008. Support for the Visual Comment Editor in the VS 2008 release version will be released in an update soon.

FarPointDoc I'm glad you have a forum. I had the same question (about VS2008 support). Will you be using a new template? Is Microsoft offering any changes to the help look-and-feel for VS2008?
For now, we're thinking that we can deliver the same docs with both the VS2005 and VS2008 versions of our product and I'm wondering if that's a workable plan. -
Permanently deleted user We will shortly be releasing into beta Document! X 2008. This version of Document! X will include both Visual Studio 2008 integration and a new template based on the 2008 documentation style.
You can indeed create a single help system for integration with both Visual Studio 2005 and Visual Studio 2008, either using the existing 2005 style templates or the new 2008 style template.
