It would seem that DocumentX can help add comments to the VBA code in MS Access but it does not seem to be able to Document the code in the forms. At least I have not found out how to do this. My question is what is the point then? It's the code that I need to document.
Document! X should document any VBA code in your Access database. Do you see the modules listed on the 'Include Modules' page in the Document! X Project Editor?
If you mean under Filters/Included Files on the side menu, no the forms do not show in that list. Just:
Tables
Views
Stored Procedures
User Defined Functions
These are all queries. This is why I wrote in the first place. They are not there.

In order to document VBA code, you need to create your Document! X Project from within the VBA editor in Access. When you do this, the VBA code will be available within the project.

That is where I am creating the DocumentX project. I click the button on the toolbar in Access.
Would you be able to send me through a copy of the Access database you are trying to document to support@innovasys.com so that I can investigate further?
The databases are such that it would not be practical to try to sent any of them to you but the good new it that I figured out what is happening.
I had tried to create a project by selecting an access database and I had saved it (as ShipReceive.dxp) in the folder where all the Access databases are located. No matter which database I opened when I pushed the DocumentX button it was loading that ShipReceive.dxp file. So of course the only way for me to see the current database was to select it as an Access database which would give me only the queries.
I finally deleted the ShipReceive.dxp file and now when I press the button it builds the project with the forms in it as it should.
