Hello,
I am trying to import Robo Help into Help Studio. In the help file for Help Studio, it indiates that I need to find .mpj file extension. I am unable to locate a file with that extension, but do find a .cpd file. When I choose that file, it goes through the import process, and imports, but only seems to import images. However, when I view a page in the HTML tab, I see the text.
What step am I missing ?

This problem is usually caused by the Javascript or stylesheets imported from the RoboHelp project. Can you please try deleting any .css and .js files under the 'Other Files' part of the Project Explorer. That will usually resolve the problem - please let me know if it doesn't.

Once the Import is finished if you could check the Project Explorer for any custom stylesheets. These will be found under the Other Files node. If you delete these then your issue should be resolved.
You can either do this after import, or just exclude any stylesheets or script files from the import itself in future.
