encoding after document import

We use evaludation version. We have a trouble with encoding: After the Word document with cyrillic encoding imported, we have unreadable symbols.

I apologise for any inconvenience this problem may have caused you.

This isn't something that I have been able to reproduce here, if possible can you send through a copy of the Word document that you are importing to support@innovasys.com

This issue can be caused by having an older version of Microsoft Word installed on the machine where you are performing the import process, can you confirm which version of Word you have installed?
