Edit a templates CSS or add a new CSS

I seem to missing how you directly edit (or add to) the css stylesheet for a template.  Is it something you can do via the interface or do you edit the css file manually?

  At present you would need to edit the template stylesheet file manually I'm afraid.

  For the benefit of anyone coming across this post, a fully integrated stylesheet editor was introduced in our 2010 version for use in projects and in the template editor.
