Document! X 2011 does not currently support creating output in Word format. This is primarily because reference documentation, particularly .NET, requires hyperlinks and dynamic features such as the syntax tabs. Those kinds of content features do not translate well to a static, single document.
If the Word requirement is driven by the need to review content, we do offer our Community Extensions feature which allows you to gather notes and comments on your documentation, and allows you to manage and action that feedback directly from Document! X.
