Having problems getting full description from java code

I'm using documentX to generate documentation but I don't get all the comments and description that's available in javadoc. It looks like any formatting tags like

causes the comment to be ignored. How do I fix that? I have a lot of info that I'm missing from the doc right now.

  We have fixed an issue in the latest 2012.1.98 update which was causing unclosed HTML tags to prevent java descriptions coming through. If you are still seeing problems with the 2012.1.98 build could you drop an email to support@innovasys.com so we can assist.
