Bullets do not appear in pdf booklet

I am just beginning with HelpStudio v2012.1.108.0.  The first project is to refomat a training document into help text.  The document contains several bullet list but in the pdf booklet, no bullets or indents are generated.  Bullets are correct in the generated help text.

If a bulleted list in indented in the editor, the bullet icon changes as expected.  When the booklet is now generated, the bullet icons are generated at the indented position, but the bullets are sold black circles instead of the open circle of the second level bullet.

How can I get the booklet to reproduce the bullet lists are displayed in the help text?

  Further experimentation suggests that numbered lists are represented properly in the booklet.   Bulleted lists within a numbered list show the correct bullet image, but without any additional indentation.  Bullet list of un-indented paragraphs show no bullet images and no indentation in the booklet.  I have attached an example.

  By modifying hs-booklet-common.css, I have corrected all but on issue.  A bullet list of un-indented paragraphs now show the bullet icons, but the bullet list is not indented as it is when displayed in the Help text.

  This isn't something that I have been able to reproduce here using the default 2012 style templates. Can you submit this issue to support@innovasys.com and attach a copy of your .hsp file (or a sample .hsp that displays the same behavior), along with your custom stylesheets?
