Inline style definitions for tables get forgotton

In a help document I use tables mostly with the default style with borders etc. For some of the tables I need to set border to none however. I do this for each of the cells (quite cumbersome to be honest) using inline styles. I do get the impression that those style definition are not always merged into the HTML source code, and if I directly edit the code and add the style definitions, it appears that the style definitions are sometimes lost after the next build.

Is this a known 'feature' or 'bug' of HelpStudio ? In any case it's quite annoying having to add the style definitions on a regular basis to the code in the editor.

  The simplest approach to styling a table is to create a style rule that you can apply to the table itself, and an associated child rule that will apply the null border to the cells within it. Here is an example - paste this into your project's stylesheet, select your table (click on the table block in the page map) and then click "borderless" in the style picker:

  #BodyContent table.borderless
  {

  }

  #BodyContent table.borderless td
  {
      border: none;
  }

  I had defined myself a class .noBorder before, somehow this didn't work. Your proposal above however works not. Thanks.

  If fact, the proposed style definition do work (my last comment contain a typo ;). However they run into limits when I need to design a complex table with some cells containing borders, and some not. I still think it would be better if HelpStudio would not overwrite inline style definitions when in Design mode.
