How do you open (display) the Project Explorer, Properties and Table of Contents windows?

I inadvertently closed them and now I cannot find a way to display them again.

  The windows cannot be closed in recent versions of Document! X and HelpStudio - perhaps you have "pinned" them - in which case they will appear as tabs at the side of the screen. If this doesn't help, could you post a screenshot so I can help further. Thanks.
