Confused about application of build flags

Hello,

I create a build flag and applied it to few topoics and few paragraphs inside other tpics.

I created a new build profile and set it to use the build flag (I want to exclude items with the flag in this profile).

I kept the default profile as is.

My assumption was that the Default profile will build a help file with all content regardless of the flag. What happened is that the Default help file did not have the TOC and topics that were flagged but it included the flagged paragraphs. Is this the normal behaviour?

If you want your default Build Profile to include all content regardless of Build Flags, untick the "Use Build Flags" option in the Build Profile Editor.

When you tick the "Use Build Flags" option you are saying that the Build Profile should only include a) Unflagged content or b) Content flagged with one of the flags you tick from the list in the Build Profile Editor.
