I sent the following e-mail to sales@innovasys yesterday and was expecting a reply overnight (my time). As I didn't get one I thought a forum post may be a more reliable contact method.
Actually, after I sent the message I did get a call from my bank's fraud detection unit to confirm the purchase. So it looks as though the transaction did go through but I haven't received any licencing / download info from you guys yet.

I have just tried to order HelpStudio (two subscription licences) but received the error:

It was not possible to complete your order at this time:
Your card has not been debited with this transaction. Sorry for any inconvenience this problem may have caused - you are encouraged to retry the transaction in a few minutes time.
I don't want to proceed until you confirm the original transaction didn't go through.
