Table of contents appears cropped on webhelp

I'm generating web help using Help Studio 3.5.2.5 and every so often my users get a problem where the 'webnavbar' frame is cropped. As a result it only shows the first few lines of the table of contents or index or whatever. If they refresh the page the problem goes away.
I've not been able to pin it down to a particular version of Windows or IE, although I'm pretty certain it isn't happening on Windows 7/IE8 machines (it doesn't happen on my machine). I've also had a look at the source code Help Studio generates and I'm wondering if the problem is caused by the 'onresizeend' attribute that's applied to the frame. However, I'm not sure how to stop Help Studio adding it every time I generate a new build.
Any ideas?
