I must be missing something basic.
I have a Topic category with two existing topics. I create a new topic and I am happy with the content so i want to add it as a page. I see the dxc content page with the topic category and the original two topics but I do not see a way to add my new third topic.
I guess I am expecting an "Add Topic" choice similar to the Add image...

I'm not quite following what you mean by "add it to a page" - can you elaborate a little?

I'm still not quite sure what you mean - you can add a See Also link to your topic from an item in the Content File. You can also link to it in the content using the "Hyperlink" button on the context menu. If you mean add it to the Table of Contents, you can drag and drop your Topic to the Table of Contents editor to do that. You can't position conceptual topics below an automatically generated reference topic on the Toc though (if that's what you meant).
Ah - drag and drop. Got it. That ToC tab tripped me up. Building now.
