I am currently using version 2 of HelpStudio. In version 3 (perhaps this is even possible in 2), is there a Booklet Hyperlink replacement template that will create a clickable link in the PDF output. I find most users do not print out the PDF but open on screen. Also, are build flags now taken into account when generating PDFs in version 3. In version 2, the PDF generation ignored the build flags.

Permanently deleted user HelpStudio ensures that the PDF output is genuinely printable by converting hyperlinks in your booklets to readable links. Therefore, by design, there isn't currently a way to retain the hyperlinks as clickable in the PDF output I'm afraid.
Build Flags can be used in PDFs in version 3.
