Hi,

Currently we're using HelpStudio3 to compile and generate our html help files. This works great for Visual Studio 2008 and it's SDK, however we're planning to upgrade to VS2010 and VS2010 SDK in the near future and still would like to use HelpStudio3 to compile and generate our help files. This does not seems to work with the VS2010 SDK as it does not contain the old help 2.0 compiler anymore, but instead uses the new help viewer 1.0 compiler and format.

Are there any plans of adding support to the new help viewer 1.0 compiler for HelpStudio3?

  The next major version of HelpStudio will include support for creating Visual Studio 2010 output. That release is scheduled for later this year.

  In the meantime, Document! X 2010 includes VS 2010 support and will open and build Visual Studio 2010 outputs for HelpStudio 3 projects. You can read more about Document! X 2010, HelpStudio and the new Visual Studio 2010 help format here:

  That's great news! Are you planning to add support for VS2010 SDK in Help Studio Lite?

  We have no plans at present to release a HelpStudio Lite version for Visual Studio 2010.
