Problem with HelpStudio3 - about InnovaDHTML5 has encounted a problem

Hi There,

I've just installed HelpStudio3, created a project, filled title for a un-categorized topic, click, then get the error message:

InnovaDHTML5.DHTMLEd5.UpdateView Line: 22795 - 2147417848: Automation erro

The project involked has disconnected from its clients.

Any help will be greately appreciated.

  I apologise for the delay with this reply.

   Can you try a clean install of HelpStudio:

  1. Un-install HelpStudio
  2. Reboot your machine
  3. Remove the program files\innovasys directory.
  4. Install HelpStudio

  Let me know if you are still experiencing problems.
