If we make changes to global templates (f.e. localising phrases), how can we make these changes available to other authors in order to make these changes only once?
HelpStudio ist installed on several computers, HelpStudio-projekt are stored in an public folder on a server.
HelpStudio 3 templates can be found in the following folder:
XP: \documents and settings\all users\application data\innovasys\documentx5\templates\<template name>\
Vista \ Windows 7: \programdata\innovasys\documentx5\templates\<template name>\
You will need to share the relevant template folder across your machines for them to available to each user. You will also need to restart HelpStudio after copying the template folder.

Is it possible to map the template folder to a different location (i.e. a server-folder) ?
HelpStudio's configuration directory is read from a registry value, specifically: HKLM\Software\Innovasys\HelpStudio3\ConfigPath
HelpStudio wasn't specifically designed to handle loading it's configuration data from a network path it possible and is something that some of our other customers have implemented.
