edit documentation button missing in visual studio 2008

I am using DocumentX 2008 and Visual Studio 2008. I haven't used it in a while and when I open Visual Studio the Edit Documentation button is now missing. I upgraded to Visual Studio 2008 from 2005 and I'm not sure I used it since the upgrade. So what can I do to get back the Edit documentation button? Do I need to reinstall Document X?

  You can install the integration with Visual Studio 2008 by running the setup again, selecting modify and enabling the Visual Studio 2008 integration feature. Let me know if you have any problems.
