It is perfectly legal to declare a class outside any namespace in C# or C++. For reasons that really aren't relevant, we have assemblies with classes in the global namespace. These classes are not showing up in the Included Modules window, and DocumentX does not document these classes, which is causing a really big problem for me. Surely there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing...
