Database (sql 2005) I document has multiple schemas: dbo, history, etc.. When help file generated I have tables mixed together, plus I lose tables that has same name (ex dbo.Organization and history.Organization).
How can I add schema name to an object name to make sure it shown clearly and I'm not losing objects in my documentation
